  Don't use the Republic MO, west Chestnut Expy and the north Glenstone locations. The owner of these locations doesn't take care of the customers he ripped my husband off on a new phone he paid cash for so we had to buy another one from another location that is owned by another person. The one by Walmart on bypass and Sunshine manager was awesome.

  Came in a couple months ago, the gentleman was not very helpful and very rude, I almost decided being against Cricket up until recently, I tried giving them another chance and going in again to try to save money. I noticed a couple new faces, they were very friendly and helped me get set up and answered any questions we had. I'm glad I made the switch now, they said we could come in anytime we needed help with anything on our device. Very nice team! Hoping last time was just bad luck
