  Had to wait 25 mins for a chicken sandwich asked if my order was ready I saw it just sitting on the counter getting cold new girl says no it’s not while I’m staring at it

  They must have ran out of hot honey rub seasoning. $59.00 for a 50 piece with a dash of seasoning. Order should have been fried hard but got 50 soggy wings. The brownie was good tho!

  Why make picking up a order DIFFICULT?? ORDER NUMBER & NAME FOR ORDER GIVEN,CALL PERSON on speaker for FURTHER COMFiRMATION AND STILL THAT WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH!! MAKING a simple pickup more difficult than necessary, like REALLY!! THANKFULLY another employee handing out orders assisted myself and other who had been waiting awhile and other issues with the other employee. I would understand somewhat if it was a teenager or young adult. Do better with customer service and people interaction skills and training and more often. Now I see why the rating is what it is.   Honestly, I came here to be salty about missing some ranch dressing. That's petty and it's not like you can do anything to help or change it this late when you're closed, and we already ate most of it because it was good even without. I've got ranch in the fridge, y'all's is better but it's all good, we'll make do, and had a damn good dinner anyway. I had a to go order, came in late, didn't announce myself or anything. Waited a bit, I'd rather wait for good food than get rushed food of ok quality on time, and it was DAYUM good. There was another man with a to-go order with my first name, the gal in back running things caught it and made sure we both got our correct orders and sides. Might have missed some ranch, but heck, she knew how to run a place, and if I caught it before I left I know she'd have made it right. Her managing was impressive to watch. Direct, observant, commanding. Good food, good folks, I'll definitely be back. 11/10 stars. I don't get why people rate them low, they're damn good, only note is when in doubt, no one is ever mad about too much ranch, only too little. And I'll be damned if I'll drag yall for something that petty when everything else was so good.
