  Very disappointed with the customer service at this UPS store. I called to simply check if my package had arrived and gave multiple forms of information — my phone number, my name, and my boyfriend’s name — and was repeatedly told nothing was in the system. As a customer who paid money to ship an important package, of course I became concerned and frustrated thinking my package was lost. Instead of showing understanding or professionalism, the owner became rude and dismissive. The moment I explained that the package had been sent directly to their store to be held, suddenly they were able to locate it. The way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when my boyfriend went to pick up the package, the owner was also rude to him for absolutely no reason. Customers deserve respect, especially when they are already stressed about a package issue. Owning a business means knowing how to communicate with people respectfully, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I would not recommend this location based on the poor customer service alone.

  I LOVE this store so much, the staff was helpful and every time I come in with an Amazon return it’s quick and easy! For those reading this, they have a new owner and it’s totally different now!
