Ordered a foot long and a six inch, a total of $16.16. first off we walked insaid hello to the counter helper and no reply . She just looked at us like speak, so we just started ordering. Very short and almost rude. We got our sandwiches to go when I get home my six inch white bread was so hard my dog wouldn't even eat it. Do better subway, you have competition coming near you soon . Throw the damn day old bread out for what you charge. Ridiculous still following up in the morning with a call to corporate.
Ordered 3 sandwiches via the app and included a tip arrived to an empty store and my sandwiches were ready which I was happy with. Person at the front was nice just wish they cared to make even a decent sub. Sadly these were mediocre sandwiches I think this is the worst Subway in Missouri and possibly the country. Bacon not cooked, no black olives, paid for extra bacon got less than the regular 8 slices of bacon on my BLT no mayo just rushed with no care at all. I’ll likely charge back this order as for over $30 for 2 sandwiches with a buy 2 get one free deal this is a poor excuse for subway sandwiches. Ive learned my lesson for the last time avoid the Raytown Subway unless you want trash passed off as a sub.

Every single time we go in there and Teyonna and her crew absolutely ROCK. Even when they are slammed Teyonna keeps the line moving. Awesome crew. Awesome food.

Subject: Unprofessional Service and Unfilled Order at Raytown Location
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway this evening. My wife placed an order through the app, and I went to the location at 9305 E Gregory Blvd in Raytown to pick it up. I arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, but when I checked the online order rack, my sandwiches weren't there.
There were two young women working behind the counter. When I asked if my order was ready, they seemed confused and asked what I was talking about. I explained that we had placed an online order at their store, but after checking their receipts, they claimed they didn't see anything.
While I was standing there waiting for an explanation, another customer walked in. The staff immediately greeted her and began making her order, completely ignoring me. It was shocking. When I asked again about my food, one employee said, "I will make it now," but then continued assisting the other customer instead.
There was no apology and no explanation. I eventually left without the sandwiches. In thirty years, this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. The lack of professionalism made me feel unwelcome, almost as if I were asking for a donation rather than picking up a paid order. Mistakes happen and tickets can be missed, but a simple apology or a "we will fix this right now" would have solved the issue. Instead, I was met with total indifference.
I am now unsure if Subway will refund my money, but I did not receive the food I paid for.
