    Took an hour to get my 4 sandwiches made and no offer to refund my money or provide me a discount for next trip. I will never be back to this location and I’ll tell everyone to never come to this location.

    This is to the owner and not the employees. You waited years to put in a drive thru so all the employees are used to ignoring it so it's your fault they never answer it now and give awful service

    App let us order, confirmed the order and charged our card. Show up and the kid working said it shouldn’t have let us order online (8:18pm it was approved) arrived at 8:35. Show up and get told they can’t make the order, wouldn’t let us place a physical order in place when they don’t close until 9pm. There was no manager and the kid working had no idea what was going on and said “I don’t know I guess try and get a refund from the app” Either a complete lie by the worker or this place is so improperly managed it should be closed. If your employee can’t speak halfway intelligently on a situation, don’t leave them alone.

    So atmosphere honestly needs to be reviewed! Maybe new crew and management. It sucks that I paid 20 bucks almost for a sub to be told after it was made Its card only when I had cash. So not only did I have to go home to get my card I was given that cold sandwich as well! That was a few weeks ago or so unfortunately no one got back to me so I gave money for a crap sandwich and wack service! I’ll filing a formal complaint! Corporate basically!
