  I ordered on the app and arrived 5 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. They were very busy and short staffed. The lady making the sandwiches was overwhelmed, yelling at people and throwing stuff as she made the sandwiches. The lady at the register must have been new because she didn't know what she was doing. After waiting about 15 minutes, I gave her my name and she told me they were making it. They didn't make my order until they were caught up with everyone that was in line. I waited over a half hour after it was supposed to be ready.

  Only customer in store before noon and staff told me 12 6 inch subs were too much for 2 people to make. Staff was not helpful or friendly.

  Stopped in right before closing...I know, annoying right? But the worker Dylan was still so polite, nice, outgoing and made our sandwiches beautifully, with quickness and precisely. Its always a pleasant experience to encounter a nice and genuine person. Thank you Dylan!

  I went in for a Footlong Black Forest Ham sandwich add pepperoni. I wanted back pepper they were out, lettuce onion, Mayo, and extra heavy pickles. The girl working put a few pickles on. I asked for more she said she could not add any more pickles. So I said forget it if I can’t get the sandwich made the way I ask for it I will not take it. They chose to completely lose the cost of the sandwich and extra pepperoni over extra pickles on my sandwich. So I went to Casey’s down the street and got a sub made the way I wanted. So sad you chose to lose business and a customer over a few pickles
