  We got two footlongs and ordered both with double meat. We spent $8 extra for this and this is what we received with both sandwiches. This took place last week 09/17/26 and we have reached out several times and the manager has yet to call back and resolve this issue. Very disappointing to say the least. Will never eat here again. We feel stolen from.

  If I could give zero stars I would! Rude and disrespectful. Not wearing a uniform. Wearing a tank top and chewing gum on the line. Absolutely unacceptable! My daughter asked that her bacon be microwaved before toasting her sandwich and the girl replied with “I’m not doing all that!” Subway prides itself on build your own sandwich. So yes you will, it’s your literal job! This girl needs to be taken care of by management asap. I have pictures of this rude individual if someone would like to know exactly who it was. I will be contacting corporate as I have managed 3 subways myself. 8/24/26. Absolutely gross service.

  We had an issue with our orders over the weekend. While we usually go back immediately for them to fix any issue, they were slammed and we were running a garage sale. Michelle and Lana were amazing and allowed us to come in for a remake today. They were both so understanding and so friendly.
