I've been here a few times in the past, I use advanced auto parts constantly for all my auto parts but since Leavenworth's shop closed Carquest here in Platte is still around and incredibly helpful. This time around I was busy getting some work done but I purchased a new battery and the staff gladly and easily swapped it out for me. I've always had good service here, glad they are still around.

Always appreciate the courteous attention I receive at the Platte City store and Michael's encyclopedic knowledge of all things mechanical! It's nice to have an experienced professional batting for you. (That's getting rare these days!)

Check engine light came on while traveling. Stopped here to get a diagnostic test ran. All of the guys were very friendly and helpful. Andrew was the best! Got us what we needed and helped us get back on the road safely. Thank you!

The staff was excellent! Actually had the inventory for my car! And with a smile and jokes!

Really enjoyed this store. Highly recommended. The people in there were very friendly and knowledgeable. Went to return and item and had absolutely no issues. Also, the store was kept very clean. Lots of options to choose from.
