  I had a great experience at the Perryville Cricket Wireless store! I believe they’re under new management, and it really shows. The blonde lady was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Gavin was extremely helpful. They both took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was upbeat, positive, and inviting. It’s refreshing to receive such genuine customer service these days. Huge shoutout to the Perryville team for going above and beyond keep up the great work!

  I walked in there today and the atmosphere was amazing. I don’t know if there’s new management or what but I felt like as soon as I walked in that I was going to get the help I needed. There was a super sweet lady with blonde hair that talked me through every different plan and all of the different options I had based off of what I told her I was looking for. There was also a dude named Gavin and he was super nice and helped me a ton as well. Again I’m not sure if it’s new management or something else but keep it up because that was one of,if not the best experience, I’ve ever had at Cricket.

  Went into the store today to make another authorized user on my account. Layna helped us. She was so nice and helpful. We were having a card issue, and she was quick to fix it, answered all of our questions, and made it a delightful trip. Thank you layna so much!! We appreciate you and hope we get you again next time!! :)
