  Twice now I’ve ordered through the app at this location for delivery that they didn’t send my bottled drink with the driver. This one even asked if the sandwiches I ordered is everything and the person he asked said yes. Last time I called and they couldn’t just refund my money said next time order to call and let them know and they’d send a free one but that was last year. So I see no point calling to complain now because nothing gets done about it and I’m out $3 for a soda I didn’t get.

  I can’t even rate the food because I never got any. I walked in Monday, 9/21 at 12:15 and there were 2 workers. It looked like they were working on a big catering order or something, but neither one of them even acknowledged me, even after I stood right in front of one of the girls and tried to make eye contact, she seemed to purposely ignore me. If they had even said “it will be a few minutes” that would have been fine, but to be flat out ignored is ridiculous.

  Best subway in America, doesn't even compare. I've been here so many times and it's always fresh and reminds me of the old days.
