  Just ordered my lunch here and got sick. Go to the one down the road next to Wal-Mart. Had it several times never had this happen.

  I went there for lunch today and it was so good I stopped on my way home from work to get another sandwich for supper, I got cold cut combos both times, what sets this store apart from all others in Springfield is first of all this store is clean and the employees are genuinely friendly and professional, at Springfield stores I have to tell them several times that I want more onions, tomatoes, mayonnaise, etc. they skimp on everything terribly and are rude , the Ozark store the employees seem to ‘know’ exactly what I like.. and that’s what I call taking excellent care of customers, I’ll never go anywhere else except the Ozark subway where my sandwiches are excellent and tasty, I appreciate you! Thank you sincerely you stand out amongst all the others!!!!
