  The guy who works there who has some kind of speech impairment is very rude . He walks around the store after you walk in and pretends he doesn't see you but in actuality hes intentionally trying to ignore you. And to make matters worse when he does acknowledge you, he comes off rushed and snarky. As a customer who can barely make out what he is saying because of the impairment , he does not help the situation by coming off rude. And this is situation number 2 so its not like im picking on the guy

  Es un excelente punto, donde los empleados son muy amables, le explican todo el proceso y los costos de una manera muy clara, y lo despiden con una sonrisa, que por favor vuelva y que tenga una bonita noche, que mas se puede pedir?

  dropped off a pink iphone 16e to return to At&t paid for shipping just for the device to never get shipped back to At&t Called in and the manager claim At&t need to contact them on my behalf to start a claim , im not sure if they stoke the device or what but I'm highly pissed off wont ever ship anything else at this ups!!!
