I shipped a package in October 2025 -2 day guaranteed. The package was Damaged and not delivered and I have been trying to get my claim handled since then. I have been in the store over 20 times to talk to them and kept getting the run around about having to refile the claim, waiting on a response, I have talked to the manager more than once and each time he said he would call them and get back to me, and I have not yet received an email or call. I have sent multiple emails to the store requesting information and no response from those either. This has been very disappointing and I am still going to continue to pursue my refund through them and UPS directly.
I have sent 3 emails to the mailbox mentioned and no response and nothing has been resolved. - My next step will be filing a claim with the BBB.

I shipped a package to my son with the help of a manager that assured me the way it was packaged would be acceptable. The package was damaged and broken. Insurance was purchased on the item and a signature was required. The signature was forged as well.
The claim was denied due to not having correct packaging…even though I was assured by (Jordan) the manager it was sufficient.
My recommendation is to not believe what you are told and seek a different store.
