5 people on the line and all you have to do is fry things! You don’t even have to cook! How can it possibly take long? My god and they gave half of my DoorDash to the wrong g person and made me wait while they took care of everyone else. Incompetent people.

Do not use this establishment. I ordered delivery and never received the order. I have tried contacting the restaurant multiple times but they do not answer their phone. I have contacted customer service and they have not helped either stating they are independently franchised so you have to go through the restaurant

I ordered through DoorDash, a 50 piece party pack( which comes with 2 large fries, 2 veggie stick orders, and 4 sauces; we ordered 4 ranch sauces). When my order arrived basically half the order was missing! Items missing were 2 Lg. Fries, 2 veggie stick orders, & the 4 sauces. Before I filed a complaint on DoorDash I tried calling Wingstop several times (4x’s) with no answer! The food was sealed up. It is not the DoorDash person’s responsibility to open and check it. What is the recourse? We have company over for dinner and half of the food is missing. We spent $118.00 with tip, taxes etc. How do you run a business and not answer your phone?? Not that it matters, *obviously* but we will never ever order wing stop again and we will tell everyone we know about the experience.

My visit here today was horrible! Norris saved the day though! He was very kind and took control of the multiple incorrect orders even while he was on the register! He went out of his way to provide excellent service while the others in the shift were moody and rude! I even watched him literally run after a customer that was going to leave to remake their order and provide better service! 10/10 from Norris because of him I will be back .

Horribly run location, orders are always wrong. Three items I paid for not included in my bag. Ignored at counter for 10 minutes after my food sat bagged up in front of me. Literally could take 10 seconds to give me my order. Do better. I encourage everyone to not subject yourself to this high level of disrespect. The previous time I ordered my food was given to the wrong person. They waited 10 minutes to start my order over for the second time. Waited 40 minutes after that. No thanks won’t be back. Health department should also take interest in this location. Not confident in the safety of food based on the general negligence at location.
