    They made my sandwich entirely wrong for a pickup order. I got all the way home before I realized it. The only solution they could offer me was to bring the sandwich back up so they could remake it, but I don't have time for that today. So I get no lunch and no refund. I've been giving this location business for almost 30 years and I just wanted a refund so I can move on with my day. Hey, at least they hung up on me when I called. Real professional. I wasn't yelling or rude or anything. They just hung up because they don't want to deal with me. I'll never go here again.

    a ‘veggie delight’ on garlic bread??? and they did it on my birthday lmao super unfortunate. i’m just glad i wasn’t that hungry today and had other snacks stashed at work. (on my coworkers tab, not mine, but still. maybe just check your sandwiches before you leave, folks!)

    Waited over five minutes for someone to come out to the front so I could place my order. Got tired of waiting, so I started to walk out. As I was walking out, (I assume it was the owner walking in). I proceeded to tell him the situation. He apologized and said someone was in the back doing dishes. OKAY?? SO? I went ahead and ordered my sandwich ( only because it was for my daughters) . He apologized again a gave me one cookie, even though he knew my order was for two people. REALLY?! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!
