  They made my sandwich entirely wrong for a pickup order. I got all the way home before I realized it. The only solution they could offer me was to bring the sandwich back up so they could remake it, but I don't have time for that today. So I get no lunch and no refund. I've been giving this location business for almost 30 years and I just wanted a refund so I can move on with my day. Hey, at least they hung up on me when I called. Real professional. I wasn't yelling or rude or anything. They just hung up because they don't want to deal with me. I'll never go here again.

  a ‘veggie delight’ on garlic bread??? and they did it on my birthday lmao super unfortunate. i’m just glad i wasn’t that hungry today and had other snacks stashed at work. (on my coworkers tab, not mine, but still. maybe just check your sandwiches before you leave, folks!)

  Normally have a pretty decent experience at this location, but tonight was a total turnaround. The $5 footlong cookie was just over half of the tray, and the BLT with light tomato was bacon and extra tomato, no lettuce. No way to contact restaurant, app no help.
