I was disappointed with my experience at this Subway location.
I came in intending to buy a sandwich, but before ordering, I asked if I could use the restroom to wash my hands. The employee immediately asked whether I was planning to buy something. I explained that I was there to make a purchase, but simply wanted to wash my hands first.
I found this interaction unnecessary and unwelcoming. As a customer, it doesn’t feel good to be treated with suspicion before even placing an order.
Because of this experience, I decided not to buy anything from Subway and went to the Arby’s next door instead, where I was able to enjoy a much more pleasant experience.
Customer service and first impressions matter. I hope management reviews this type of interaction so future customers feel more welcome.

Kalian and Seth went above and beyond to serve me at Subway, they had the best customer service.

We frequent other subway locations and with a big family usually order 4 footlongs to split. We walked in and immediately Seth was making this a great experience! Joking around with us and our kids, he EVEN had our sandwiches ready long before they were quoted to be ready. He’s a gem of an employee and deserves that recognition!

Homeless problem! Person camped in men's room so I couldn't use it. The employee didn't know how to allow me to pay using the gift card in the Subway app so I had to use real money. ALSO, she didn't remind me to scan for points. That's terrible customer service. No one smiled. Very stale transaction. Two homeless people sitting in lobby and I suspect a homeless person was living in the men's room. The employees are all women so they could care less. Other restaurants deal with the homeless why can't this one.
Kalika was excellent and very friendly!! Wven went the extra mile to help us! Will definitely be back!
