  Although I was only in there for a brief moment Faith and Quan made my experience wonderful! They both greeted me with smiles and great customer service. They even provided jokes! My order was already ready when I came in and was still hot when I got home!

  I placed an order March 22nd and my order was completely wrong. On top of it being wrong I didn’t receive all of my food. I spoke with a manager that night and he offered me a refund. 2 weeks later I called back due to never receiving the refund and talked to another manager that reassured me that it will be handled. Waited another week and talked to the new manager and she was looking into and she never called back with a follow up. So, I reached back out and still have yet to receive my refund but keep getting told it’s being handled and it takes 5-7 business days. I have been nothing but patient and respectable about getting my money back. It’s unprofessional and the customer service with these managers is horrible. Ya, it’s nothing but $39.06 but it’s my money.

  Place an order today on 4/10/26 !! Got my food . Wings ok . Fries was done all the way and then I go open my ranch . It was a gooey substance in it .. look like snot or spit almost.
