Screwed up order then Impossible to reach anyone at Subway by phone.

I went in and ordered 2 footlongs, because I had a coupon for 2 sandwiches for $13.99. They said the coupon was expired, but if I would put their app on my phone I would get a discount. I explained that I don't want another app on my phone, because it's not that simple. After you put app on your phone, you have to give them all of your information, etc, etc, etc... These two sandwiches cost me $30. The 2 older ladies working in there were rude. I won't be going to another Subway restaurant again. I could have lunch at Applebee's cheaper & probably have a lot better service.
RUDE STAFF. SORRY I DID NOT KNOW HOW THE PICKUP WORKED. YOU TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THEIR GARBAGE. This place always seems short-staffed. I tried to give people Grace about their attitude but every time I come here I get treated like garbage, never again I will go to Walmart. I'm sorry y'all continue to have bad days in that restaurant if you can't help but take it out on people then you need to take a day off or find something else to do. I was in the service business for 15 years and if I let every bad day affect me like this place seems to I wouldn't have made any money to support myself. Food still checks out though.

I spent $9.12 on a 6 inch sub with no extras added. Half the bread was rock hard. I was left still hungry. They may offer things on promotion that sound better, but I don’t want the stuff you’re trying to get rid of before it expires. I’m also a disabled veteran so I can only eat certain things. Also, no veteran discount. Sad! It saves pennies at best, but I guess you need them more than we do.To spend basically $10 on half the sandwich that you used to get is really disappointing. It’s no surprise why we eat at home far more often than attempting to get a “treat” from somewhere. Lousy half sandwich for double the price. Awesome!

This is the worst subway I have ever been to the manager on duty is not only a horrible person, but she gave the worst customer service I have ever had in my life not only did. She inform me that she was the manager and for me to go and complain about her, but nothing would be done about it. I love going to the subway because it’s right next to my house, but because of her I will never go back to that subway again, and I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know how horrible that subway is because of that manager, someone should really do something about her.
