  I came here from a small town, in said small town was a Subway, and I loved that Subway, had it once a week. So when I saw there was a Subway here in Nevada? I was ecstatic! But oh... how I shouldn't have been. The drive through is one of the older versions, okay that's fine... But you can barely understand the worker working it. Not to mention how rude the worker was. I was being very clear and asked for a 6inch Subway club. The man responded "I don't understand what you want. You said six feet I don't know what that is." Clearly. I said six, so it would be kinda smart of you to assume I ment inches and not feet. Didn't even say feet but whatever. Then he was confused at if i was saying club or sub. If you only have one sandwich called "the subway --ub" clearly its that sandwich??? It's fine, drive throughs are stressful... But then I handed him my card at the window. And some how, this man takes out his own card and pays for my food by accident??? How does one do that? That's not even an easy mistake to make?? The food was mid, forgot my ranch I asked on it, and barely put any olives on here. If I could give less stars for service. I would. But I can't. So I'm giving it a 1. Never coming back.

  Rude. Ordered delivery on the app and was missing my combo meal. Was told I need to get ahold of doordash, even though I ordered on the subway app. No apologies, no trying to fix it, just annoyed I called about my messed up order. Well, doordash cant do anything because I ordered through Subway App. I tried the stupid online bot for help on the app which was useless. No customer service and no customer service number I could call. Food is mediocre at best. Will not be returning.

  Thank you to the gentleman that worked this morning (Sunday 08/09/2026) You were the FIRST decent/friendly worker that we’ve encountered. We hardly come to this location because of how rude the staff seems to be. Not only was he kind and inviting but also made a bomb sandwich. (The guy deserves 5 stars but the location itself does not. Unless they get more people like him working there)
