  Amanda is the best. She helped us pick the best phone for my teenager and helped set up the parent profile and trackers. I will be returning to upgrade my wife's phone.

  Well I went into cricket and had very good service actually amazing bc the employee that helped me you know exactly what she was doing her name is Amanda she helped me with every problem I had she even helped me switch over to a new phone I'm just saying we need more people like her in this world she's professional at her job it has patience because someone like me is not too smart on the phone should I give her five stars you're an amazing employee and I hope at someday in life everybody can meet this person you don't understand how much passion she has for her job thank you so very much we need more people like you in this world

  Due to winter weather, I called ahead to see if they carried in stock the product I was interested in. The staff cheerfully answered the phone and answered all my questions. Upon arrival she had things ready for me to view, helped me determine what plan would best meet my needs for the best rate and all with knowledge and small-town charm. Once again I can say "I love Cricket Wireless" and Nevada MO store is tops!!

  Went in the store having issues with my phone and Landon was super helpful and got the problems taken care of easily and in a timely manner. Super helpful and great personality!
