  Ordered ahead for lunch, got back to work and neither sandwich was correct. Called and was told to bring them back when I told them I couldn't because my lunch was over they said to bring it back after work. Not sure what good that will do so I threw the sandwiches in the trash and will now check prior to leaving that the sandwiches are correct.

  We had an online order late one evening. Picked it up and got home(20 min drive) and did not have one of our 6 inch sandwiches. That was frustrating but everyone makes mistakes. It was 10:15 and the store closed at 10 so I didn’t call. I went in the next day to get a refund or the sandwich we paid for and was basically told by the manager it was my responsibility to check my bag before leaving the store and I should have called that evening even though the store was closed. She refused to refund my money or give me the 6 inch sandwich.

  They always make my sandwich right and it feels so welcoming when you walk in. This is my preferred lunch option!

  No pasta served here, the workers are always nice though.
