My husband, son, and I were in the Maryville, MO, Subway on Friday, May 29th, around 7:30pm. When we walked in we stood there with no one in front of us, neither the young lady or young man said anything to us about we will be with you shortly but we are working on online orders. We stood there waiting to be waited on for 20 minutes until the young man finished up and said what do you want. When we told him 1 protein pocket, 2 of the Deli Faves, and a Meal of the day, neither of them knew what was on the protein pockets or the deli faves. I had to tell them what comes on them and they are right under them on the wall. I usually do not write reviews but this was not even decent service. There was nothing friendly about either of them. I completely understand they needed to complete the online orders 1st but acknowledge your customer with that. These 2 either are both new, which I also understand but do not put 2 new untrained employees together. As we were finally leaving with our food my husband saw a boy standing in the back doing nothing and did not come out and help them when they got busy with online orders. So maybe there were 3 employees there with little to no training! We love Subway but this was a terrible experience and I thought someone needed to know this.

Bullshit place lettuce brown custom service sucked then they also dont accept a $50 when ur total was $46 wont be getting my business again
I came in on April 26th around 115 pm they were relatively busy at the time. The only one who had any sort of pep in their step was the young man behind the line making sandwiches. The other girl finishing the sandwiches took forever to even get to the check out process. Then the guy even had to stop helping 2 other guys to come check me out as well. He needs a raise and a promotion. He seems to actually care about what hes doing and getting the customers in and out. I wish I could only rate him instead of the entire experience because he deserves 5 stars.
My daughter, her boyfriend and I went to this maryville mo location on February 9, 2026 at 5 pm the 2 girls that were working there need raises and bonuses!!!!! This place was swamped and they had tons of on line orders. They were pleasant and ran that place like a well oiled machine!!!!!! In the 30 minutes we were there, they put out so many sandwiches. I wanted to tell them what a great job they were doing but they had so many customers the whole time we were there.
