  Absolutely terrible experience. This UPS location stated it would be open at 8:00 AM, and it was also listed as open online. I arrived around 9:00 AM, only to find the location completely closed. There was no clear explanation, and the inaccurate hours caused me to waste valuable time making a trip for nothing. Time is something I can’t get back, and this was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I will never be coming back to this location. If you’re going to post business hours, they need to actually be accurate and honored. Completely unacceptable customer service.

  Massive shoutout to Caleb at this UPS Store! I had a strict deadline to submit an extensive, 13-generation genealogical research packet to the Jamestowne Society in Williamsburg, VA. Even with a holiday weekend throwing an unexpected wrench in the timeline, he made sure this crucial application landed on their desk with time to spare on the April 7th deadline (I've attached the delivery confirmation image as proof!). The UPS motto is "Delivering what matters," and Caleb absolutely proved it by helping me secure over 400 years of family history! 🎊 Five stars, highly recommend his elite customer service!

  The staff are always friendly and they are very efficient. I never have a problem when I’m there and they are very quick with helping and getting me on my way.
