  Robyn G. was amazing! I went into the store worried so much more was wrong with my vehicle and stressing about money. Robyn was quick to help, stayed positive and smiled the whole time. She gave me the best options and helped me out. She even removed my old battery and put the new one in. I even got a little lesson on how to take a battery in and out. She tested my started and alternator to make sure everything was good. Robyn even let me help put the battery in. My visit to Advance was an amazing stress free visit thanks to her.

  Just got the best service and value for a car battery for my Mazda. I had called around for pricing and information to compare. Robin answered the phone and was very pleasant, informative, and kind. Of all the auto parts stores in the area, it was first rate. Pricing was similar, but she sold me so I went there. Once there, Nathan was just as helpful. He even mentioned an on line discount which he applied . Overall service and value was outstanding! I'm not going anywhere else

  The 2 ladies that were on duty at the store was so helpful the first lady was assisting me with my truck and the other lady came out to help and made sure I was satisfied she went the extra mile to look up my information and brought it to my truck. Thank you they were so nice.

  Thank you so much to Elco at the Dorsett location for literally saving my engine. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped me with diagnostics and solving my issue. He is wonderful! Highly recommend!
