  I visited this location to ship a tire back to the seller. The tire arrived with only a shipping sticker attached, and I had the return label available on my phone. Since a standard paper printout taped to a rubber tire wouldn’t hold up during shipping, I simply asked if they could print the shipping label for me. I was told they could not because this was a “ship center only” and not a “print and ship” location. I was also told they didn’t have a printer, which was surprising for a shipping center. The interaction felt unhelpful and lacked basic customer service. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated—just assistance printing a shipping label so I could complete the shipment. Unfortunately, because of that experience, I can only give this location 1 star.

  I had to go there to pick up a package that they did not deliver. So I was very unsatisfied with everything to start. At which point they told me without a tracking number which I currently did not have, they could not find my package. That said even though the name and address on the package was what I was giving them. They wanted the tracking number to release the package. .
