    The few times I have gone to this location have been at night and Ashley is amazing! She is very attentive and very kind! Not sure if she would see this but thank you for your kindness Ashley, it makes the experience that much better!

    Food was dried out in the food case. So we had to be careful as to what we got but my tuna was very good.

    We actually visited the convenience store the subway is located in. They are extremely nice people and bend over backwards to help you out. I stop there almost every time we go to Springfield. Nice clean store with gas, groceries a hot food case and a subway so you are sure to find something good to eat here.

    Them women hustle in there, probably the fastest I’ve ever seen in any subway facility, teamwork was great, food was good but ran out of black olives or you would have gotten 5 stars, as a trucker getting fuel and food this was definitely accommodating

    I accidentally placed my order here whn I called to get it voided bc again I meant for it to go somewhere else she told me no i couldn’t bc they made the sandwich so then I asked to speak to her manager and she told me “ no i don’t need to” so again I asked her I would like to speak to a manager and she then tells me there is no manager and I’ll have to call back tomorrow so I asked for her name because of how poorly she was speaking to me and she hung up the phone very upset they didn’t refund me for a sandwich I never got and she was rude I will be calling her manger in the morning she spoke to me terribly with a attitude the hole time I’m sorry but customer service is a big part of the job if you can’t be nice then why is she working there
