  So I’m in this UPS Store almost every week, and I can honestly say they're consistently awesome. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and somehow manages to keep things moving no matter how crowded it gets. Definitely the best UPS I’ve ever been to — I’ve never dealt with a bad worker here!

  Save yourself the headache and go to a different location. The employee handling notarizations here was incredibly rude, showed a terrible attitude, and claimed there were a bunch of "rules" that made it impossible to notarize my document. I walked out, went to a different UPS store down the road, and was in and out in five minutes with zero issues. If these are actual company policies, the staff needs consistent training, because right now it just feels like an excuse for bad customer service.

  I had gone to FedEx to get a simple copying job done which involved reducing an image and keeping it on typical copy paper. The only clerk there said he didn’t know how to do that. So I headed to UPS. Done in about 5 minutes, no problem at all. Well staffed and very courteous people !!
