  Always a good experience at this UPS store! I rent a mailbox at this location and so I’m here a lot. I’ve gained a good report with the staff and they are always very helpful. I feel like the bad reviews I’ve read about here aren’t that common or usually issues out of control of the staff. Or maybe just a few customers determined to be mad at the world at a minor inconvenience. But I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years and haven’t had a single problem.

  They are always so friendly there and have gotten to know who I am when I come in. Bart the owner seems to set the example for his lovely staff. 🥰🥰

  Nothing against the employees, under ownership. The statements made by the ownership of this store, is out of touch. Have worked in customer service my whole life and I can only give sub half-star here. Wait there is no half star, well, without going into great detail...the previous ownership was awesome and new ownership, well very, very disappointing and rude. Karma goes around and comes around. Sorry, use a different UPS store, they have better ratings! In this industry, customer service is king!!

  Took my package and handed me a receipt without a recorded weight. This needs to be against policy. If something happens with a product return or device trade in, is my indisputable proof that my box has weight to it.
