  I want to recognize an associate (Vitalit) who truly went above and beyond to help me with a difficult package. We had a large item that required us to use multiple cardboard boxes to make everything work, and he took the time, effort, and care to make sure it was packaged properly and securely. This isn’t the first time he has helped me, and every experience has been the same. He genuinely cares and treats every package/issue as if it were his own. His attention to detail, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile really stand out. If I had a business of my own, this is exactly the kind of person I would want working for me. He is dependable, hardworking, and truly committed to doing a great job. He deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides.

  The scuba timer service is fantastic. Barrett saw me struggling with my packages outside at my car and came out and helped me carry them all in!! Fantastic store with the best employees!

  Makes you pick up at the store and charges you to bring it to your home like agreed by the sender i ordered it from. I always just cancel any order I see delivered by them.

  Barrett came out to the car to greet us and help us carry in a heavy package. He was friendly cheerful and efficient. Started off our day with cheerful, friendly accomplishment!!! UPS should be proud to have such a valuable employee!
