  I love that if your package has a return label, you can scan it and go. I had to see a clerk on my mist recent visit. He was friendly.

  I felt inclined to come on here after witnessing a customer be unnecessarily rude to an employee. The woman was upset because an employee wasn’t helping her fast enough and he explained it was because she was on the phone and not paying attention. She didn’t like that answer and then continued to berate him. The male employee handled the incident way better than I would have and continued to be professional even when it was hard. Everyone in the store witnessed and apologized to the employee for her behavior! Just wanted to set the record straight before she or her husband comes on here playing the victim.

  Female rep operating the front register acted very incompetent today when I brought 3 Costco return area rugs in for shipping, I showed her the email from Costco which had all 3 item return barcodes on it and she couldn’t figure out how to use them so I carried 79 lbs of rugs in the store and had to carry 79 lbs of rugs out of the store back to my vehicle, they should train people better than they did her.
