  Went to this Liberty location to get a new phone. When we walked in the salesperson was busy with someone else. That was fine. But she didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I stood there for 15 minutes. And went to another location. Where I had the best service ever. I don't know who owns this store but they should just shut it down you all are horrible.

  My husband and I went here and we were the only costumers there, the girl behind the counter didn't acknowledge us. She was texting and making back to back calls on speaker. It was very rude.

  Drove 20 minutes to this location on 1/6/26 for help setting up a new phone, and lights were on, but nobody was home. At 6pm (listed closing time is 7pm), the “open” light was on, lights were on inside, but door was locked and no employees to be found. I tried to call, but the number didn’t work —and it still doesn’t. Is this store closed permanently or temporary? A sign or phone recording would be nice. Wasted my time and still need help with my phone. Cricket is great … until you need help from a human. So frustrating!
