This UPS Store is fantastic! Special thanks to Matt for handling my items with great care. I appreciated his attention to detail during packing and shipping, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands. Matt’s considerate service truly made a difference. I’m thankful for his help and highly recommend this location to anyone seeking reliable, careful packing and shipping services!

They are never open- especially on sundays when they say they are…. Nice hours for staff, terrible if you have business to attend to.

Don't have an Amazon package shipped here. $5 holding charge. Per package. Was not notified when order was placed on Amazon and nothing when UPS sent me the email about it was ready for pick up. Just an ID that I never got asked for anyway.

This review is pertaining to the Woods Chapel location: I’ve only visited once and I needed some paperwork notarized and sent off. The customer service was wonderful and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The service was fast and the staff were knowledgeable 😀 I would visit again.
