  I stopped to ship tools and batteries to be warrantied. Printed the FEDEX label straight from the website - just as instructed to. But they would NOT accept the battery package - said I would have to call and set up a pick up. That makes no sense to me! I'll never go back! This is why people just throw them in the trash!

  Dan was extremely helpful and polite, he helped me get my package sent off just how I needed, didn't ask me about what it was I was mailing, showed me that my item was in the container before he sealed it, which I watch him do.

  I use this FedEx office multiple times a week for overnight drop-offs and typically just use the drop box. On the rare occasions I’ve needed to ask about pickups or found the drop box closed, staff have treated me like an inconvenience. If you work in a customer-facing role, a basic level of courtesy toward customers who are being respectful is not optional. We’re not all difficult—some of us are just trying to ship something and go.

  I'm not sure why Dan at the front desk was so extremely rude and hateful to me for asking him a simple question, but someone with an attitude like that most definitely should not be at the front desk representing a company that wants to continue portraying a positive outlook to its customers. This is not the first rude interaction I've had with this exact clerk, this is the third time. But this time was by far the worst. I won't be going back to this location and advise others to take their business elsewhere. USPS doesn't even act this bad (and that's saying something because iykyk) and I'll be willing to pay the extra dollars to not get treated like dirt when I first walk in the front door

  I ship packages here 2-3 times per week. It's almost always $15 for two day shipping. Today it was nearly $30. When I questioned the girl she said that was just the cost. When I looked at the receipt it had a $12 fee bc I asked her to put a piece of tape on it. This will be my last package at a minimum with this location if not with FedEx in general. What a complete joke.
