I never received my package that was marked as delivered.
The driver MIKAYLA was still in my neighborhood and my mom had FEDEX Customer Service on the phone, she went to the driver on the street over (we could see from the front door) as she counted her truck to tell the FEDEX lady on the phone, she marked my package as delivered on ACCIDENT and it was NOT on her truck, that she didn't have any packages on OUR STREET.
She also stated she did NOT load her truck, it was loaded for her.
We were told once a package is marked delivered, they can't do anything else with the package tracking info and I would get an email and my package was going to be delivered the NEXT day.
I NEVER got my package.
We called FEDEX about this since I was given an CASE ID # the first day 5/26 and we got absolutely NO HELP WHATSOEVER, no email, no call back, no package, its been a week since original delivery date and 3 days since emailed delivery notice.
FEDEX told us to contact the shipper, kept blaming my package not being delivered on the shipper, even though I have emails that MIKAYLA my driver had my package 5/26/26 at 10:18am.
Next email time stamped 10:29am says inside the email body that my package was delivered at 10:07am to JHUDONS with no delivery picture and will not allow me to report missing package.

Customer Service on day two 5/27 (Wednesday during normal business hours) said there was NO management working to transfer our call to and we need to call the shipper, they chose the wrong FEDEX option!
This is actually our 5th package in the past 30 days delivered by FEDEX that is either delivered to the wrong address with a picture (x2), opened on both ends (x2) or never recieved (x1).
Also, my case was CLOSED the next day 5/27, you can look it up online, nobody at FEDEX even contacted me!!
How do you close an investigation without telling anyone anything?!
You have ZERO proof of delivery!
What about my package and the money I paid??
Nobody seems to care how many packages our family alone is trying to report to FEDEX, I guess keeping crappy employees who LIE and steal is better than having honest ones.
