  If I could give a 0 I would. My granddaughter went to cricket to setup a new phone#. A guy assisted her well later that night she received a text from this person making unwanted comments to her. She doesn't even know this person he continued to make unwanted comments. The next day she called to speak with a manager well there wasn't one there and was told a call back would be given NOTHING received. Her dad went to the store the individual acted like this was a bother to them and just said do a report. Seriously this is not except able. Terrible to think how many times this person has done this to others! We will continue to corporate and let them know what type of people are working at this store.

  This location has had a closed sign up and doors locked during normal working hours for a week now. Their website continues to say they are open during their normal hours, but they are NOT. Plus no one answers their phone either. I have checked with other nearby store locations and again, no one has an answer why the Lee's Summit location is closed. There is nothing on the door to indicate why. Plus the padlock that's used to secure the store is only hanging on one half of the door handle. It should be through both handles to actually secure the store. So does anyone have a reason why this store has been closed for a week now with no indication or anything?

  Kimberly and Ashley HOOKED US UP! I switched 4 lines from t-mobile, got 2 phones for free and an iPhone SE for $50 through a promotion. I'm saving $140 a month on the service plan. I was able to keep my numbers and my Samsung S10. I think we were only there for about an hour and a half which was super quick! Thanks ladies! I appreciate ya!
