  Cameron is a life saver. I purchased a battery from the store and it unfortunately died within a couple weeks. We tried testing various things at home before ultimately taking it to dealership and were unfortunately notified the battery was bad. The dealership replaced the battery at my expense. When I came to return the battery Cameron and staff informed that the battery was under warranty and would be replaced, not refunded. I accepted the loss and was about to leave, when Cameron said if you are in a bad way, we can refund the money. I broke down in the store. I had spent almost $600 between the purchase/installation of 2 batteries. Cameron explained the warranty, the process of purchasing/replacing a battery, even if taken to dealership-- they will deliver one if still under warranty! This was a learning lesson for myself, and I hope it helps others who may go through the same thing. Thank you for taking the time to explain and show me the reading for battery. The reason I became so emotional, that I didn't mention in the store- is because I am planning to visit my oldest son who is in the Navy for Thanksgiving, havent seen him in almost 2 years....the money being spent for the batteries was almost the same as my travel budget. You really have no idea how this helped. Thank you!!

  Came in to check the code that was flashing on my dash. Rich was sooo helpful and even gave me a few tips and tricks having to do with the flashing code. He was very pleasant to talk to!

  Girl that works up there with black hair, has terrible customer service. I would not recommend. Very poor service, I would not recommend going to the oreilys off ward road, if you do.. ask for one of the guys.

  Great products! Short staffed at this location. Long wait times while one team member helps other customers. Plan on waiting to be helped.

  I went to the advance Auto store in Lee's summit Missouri right off of 291. Rich was my team member. He looked me in the eye and smiled at me. I told him my engine light was on. He came out to take a look at it. Rich told me about the hummingbirds around his home. The eggs are the size of a tic tac. The reading was a catalytic converter. Rich recommended dura lube to clean up my catalytic converter. He said pour the whole thing in my gas tank. Make sure that my gas tank is at 3/4 to full tank. The light should go right off after a specified amount of time. Rich was very kind. He shook my hand with a very firm handshake. He told me about his father-in-law who used to be a mechanic back in the day. Rich's father-in-law could listen to the sound of a vehicle and tell you exactly what was wrong with it. I thought that was very amazing. I look forward to coming back to this particular store just to see rich. Please give him a raise. He is very deserving of it. God bless you and keep you rich and your family also. You were very kind to me and that means a lot.
