  I went to the advance Auto store in Lee's summit Missouri right off of 291. Rich was my team member. He looked me in the eye and smiled at me. I told him my engine light was on. He came out to take a look at it. Rich told me about the hummingbirds around his home. The eggs are the size of a tic tac. The reading was a catalytic converter. Rich recommended dura lube to clean up my catalytic converter. He said pour the whole thing in my gas tank. Make sure that my gas tank is at 3/4 to full tank. The light should go right off after a specified amount of time. Rich was very kind. He shook my hand with a very firm handshake. He told me about his father-in-law who used to be a mechanic back in the day. Rich's father-in-law could listen to the sound of a vehicle and tell you exactly what was wrong with it. I thought that was very amazing. I look forward to coming back to this particular store just to see rich. Please give him a raise. He is very deserving of it. God bless you and keep you rich and your family also. You were very kind to me and that means a lot.

  Every time I walk into the Lee’s Summit Advance Auto Parts store, I am immediately greeted and asked how they can help me. It is so nice and refreshing. They go above and beyond to help answer my questions and find solutions. They are very nice. I appreciate their commitment to helping their customers.

  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Chris. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I got the correct control arm for my Mustang. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers instead of just rushing people through. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Definitely one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had in a while.
