  Absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. The manager at this location needs to be fired. They didn’t start our order until we were there for 30 minutes. the poor cook was having to do everything and no one was helping him. He deserves a raise. we watched the manager yell at people, the workers doing absolutely nothing but standing around talking and talking shit. No gloves and hair was down. There was a random lady who kept going back in the kitchen, the workers kept going over and talking to her. everyone who was there has to wait at least 30-45 minutes. There was one lady who was taking an order and rudely told them to “speak up”. Was not nice or friendly at all while we sat there for an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone but the guy cook needs to be fired. Never coming back.

  we placed an order at 10am for a big order. pickup time for 3:00pm. giving them plenty of time. when I arrived they hadn’t even started on the order. we’ve been seeing sitting here for 45 minutes. The manager came out and yelled at us for a family member calling to check on the order. We watched them not wear gloves, no hair net, and a random person going to the back to chat with them. Absolutely so unprofessional and rude the whole time. constant dirty looks and hearing them talk bad. I will never come back and would give 0 stars if I could. absolutely ridiculous

  I would give it a 0 star if I could. They took 45 minutes longer. The manager just yelled at me for them taking longer.

  Its really crazy how every single time I come here, either all employees are standing in a circle in the lobby laughing and talking ENITRELY ignoring customers standing in line, or they are all sitting down scrolling on their phones. I literally have thought to myself the last 3 times I've been here, "I know they see me standing here... but I guess I'll just keep standing at the counter until someone greets me. They may just all be on break at the same time." What is CRAZY is after about 5 to 7 minutes, finally one of them will be like, "oh, hey, sorry, didn't see you there." And then they'll help me. Which is evidence that NO...!! NO ONE WAS ON BREAK. THEY REALLY ARE THAT CRAPPY. Undercover Boss needs to come and fire every single one of these employees. It is honestly shameful. There was only one good employee, he was a black man and that's all I remember, but he should get a raise and everybody else fired. Freaking crazy. The worst service. Worse than McDonald's.

  Wings are good, just can't depend on this location to have an order ready in the time their website says. I understand busy times and not being able to meet timelines when demand is above what the store expects. But we scheduled an order for pickup at 6:30 pm. Order was placee at 11:44 am. Got to the store around 6:35 pm to pick up the order and they hadn't even started it yet. Just constantly disappointed by this store's service.
