  Wings were ok, did not care for BBQ sauce, fries had way too much salt, coke was out, opted for tea mix sweet and unsweet only to realize both were sweet. Disappointing lunch.

  Ordered 6 piece bone in with mild sauce. I got 6 dry wings with no seasoning or sauce. My bf got 8 hot honey wings and they have seasoning. Drove out of my way to get food from here just to be disappointed and too far to fix it. I called to get it fixed and she said “to her knowledge the wings are sauced” so if I want a refund I have to drive all the way back to the establishment.

  I actually called this store on accident to submit feedback about the fries and not getting the drink that came with the order. The GM Jason was very professional, took his time to get clarification of all of the details, and provided great customer service. It didn't feel like I was just another customer calling to complain. Fortunately, we found out it was the Woods Chapel Wingstop in Lee's Summit Wingstop that made the errors. Though I've never been to this Wingstop, I can tell he has good management skills and will more than likely run onto how he runs the place. Thanks Jason!
