  Well, we walked in looking to grab our normal order, but a gentleman in the lobby asked us if we'd like to try their new promo sliders on the house. We said sure, got our food and noticed that they rang us up for the sliders anyway. Like it's only 4 bucks, but still.. kinda feels scammy. That wasn't really cool.

  Dr Pepper was out when we ran in to get a sandwich for my son, very slow service. 1 hour later my husband and I went to get a sandwich. They were out of all bread except wheat. They prepared our meat and while we were waiting for toppings they helped several people behind us instead of finishing our order. I asked if they had fixed the Dr Pepper and she said yes. It wasn't fixed. They didn't give us a receipt, were out of napkins. It was a fail all the way around. The 2 employees could care less. Very poor service.

  My husband and I sat outside of subway from 9:53-10:10 grated yes they do not open until 10:00am, and the worker was sitting at the counter on her phone and wasn’t unlocking the door but did turn the open light on at 10:07. we left because we didn’t want to give them service if they rather play on there phone than work

  Is zero was an option. I’d pick that. Got to the restaurant at 10:15. Open sign on but door locked. Husband saw worker inside and knocked 5+ minutes. I called the store- no one answered. Worker finally came out with attitude, unlocked the door, said “I can’t serve you right now,” then walked away. We left.

  Good food. REALLY GOOD FOOD! I really like eating here. I recommend talking loud because the glass walls that protect the food or whatever kind of block your voice.
