  Truly shocked at the positive reviews. This hotel was terrible. Our room was filthy. Dog hair & human hair everywhere. Walls peeling. So damp in there from trapped humidity the carpet felt wet. Dirty fridge. Dirty comforter. Dirty lobby. Shockingly bad for a BW plus and for a nicer area of KC suburbs.

  I love beingong able to park right in front of the front entrance. The free breakfasts are amazing. This morning, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gray, bacon, sweet rolls, tons of cereal options and toping options plus I love the hot chocolate. Indoor pool Work out room Walking path behind the church next door Minutes from every store you would want (I love Quick Trips 24/7, Walmart opening at 6 am) Every type of restaurant within a few minutes of a drive OR the very very next restauranta two minute walk down eight steps from the front entrance. Very very easy to find from the new airport I have been staying here since 2019. Heck I even did my seven week rehap here in 2022. It is great!

  This was my second stay at the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room unfortunately had a leak in the ceiling which thankfully only dripped into the bathtub. The manager was prompt in their response to check out the issue and gave us a free room upgrade for the inconvenience. My husband and I left early in the morning and were surprised to see later that our whole stay had been comped! The manager and staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. I will highly consider this hotel for future trips.

  I just checked in to the hotel the clerk Michael was very helpful good service. Very accommodating and very clean rooms. A very good place to stay it's very homey.... Daniel not only finds time to do his nightly audit he also has time to make a delicious breakfast these two gentlemen are top notch employees thank you for your service.
