They were particularly swamped tonight when I went in, but but the girl in the front still greeted me (along with all the other customers as they walked in) and busted tail making the sandwiches and running register.

Tried to call but no one would answer the phone. You made my sandwich all wrong.I got no cucumber on my sandwich, was supposed to be light mayo, it was not! Was supposed to have onions on it I got a sliver. Supposed to have cucumbers there was none. It was not supposed to be toasted it was. Tried calling for 30min but no one would answer the phone.I gave up calling cause noone answered it.I ended up eating it even though it was not right. I had it delivered because I don't have a vehicle nor a way to get anywhere. I would it to be made right!

Do you guys ever pick up the phone? I ordered through your app. Didn’t get a driver for an hour, tried to call and see if you would remake the food since it’s been ready for an hour. Nope, they delivered cold food when 2 out of the 3 sandwiches were supposed to be hot. If your app isn’t going to get a driver within a set amount of time then you shouldn’t make the food till one is assigned. Or pick up the phone… ordered at 7:13, didn’t get food till 8:22.

Stop prioritizing online orders!!
It's massively disrespectful for people who actually came into the store to have to sit and watch you make multiple online orders before you even acknowledge our existence!
