  This location reminded me how much a great staff can change the entire experience. We arrived pretty late, and it would have been easy for the team to rush us through, but instead they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. The employees were upbeat, helpful, and made our sandwiches with care even near closing time. The restaurant was clean, service was fast, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the team at this Lamar Subway for ending our day on such a positive note. Great customer service is getting harder to find, and this crew absolutely delivered.

  I have stopped by this location 5 or 6 times in the drive thru. Each time it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get through the order process and actually get my food. Staff are friendly, but the order process takes entirely too long. We won't be back
