  My wings was cooked extra extra crispy it was not worth eating. I had already made it back to work when I realized this chicken is overly cooked.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Cherish. I felt that I was treated differently because of my accent. She seemed unwilling to listen to me or make a genuine effort to understand what I was saying, and her attitude made the interaction feel intentional and discriminatory. Customers should be treated with patience and respect regardless of their accent or background. Based on my experience, I don’t believe she should be in a customer-facing position. Management should seriously consider additional customer-service training or assigning her to a role that does not involve directly assisting customers.

  Sent me the wrong order. I not only recieved the wrong flavors but also only recieved drum sticks. Not the first time this location had messed up my order.

  Everything was fine except asked for extra seasoning on the fries and got basically no seasoning at all. Very bland fries and the fries are usually my favorite part.
