    "large" fries cold after driving 5 minutes home 6/15 - when i order a cajun "dry rub" i dont expect there to be buffalo sauce pooled in the bottom. no napkins no silverware im looking for other spots

    Beware, they clear their orders from the queue before they’re ready. I was notified my food was ready when it wasn’t and the situation went downhill from there. Half my food was cold and the person who announced themselves loudly as the general manager did not take my concern seriously and was dismissive, combative, and unprofessional. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Lorenzo showed a complete lack of professionalism and decorum from start to finish, and his dismissive attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse. Between the excessive wait time, cold food, and rude interaction, I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this location. I will never frequent this location again.

    I just placed my order there during Lunch just at noon they had the Hispanic lady at the register taking orders and making all orders by herself. She had at least 10 or more orders plus DoorDash and the two managers were not helping her. Doran Lynch next to a quick trip that stays busy and I know they stay busy during lunch. They were just standing around looking.I gave her five dollars because I was appalled and by been a manager myself this is very unacceptable . It’s probably why they only got three stars.Crazy both managers felt like they didn’t have to help her . Even if she had it, it’s the principal that’s why I used to go to the Wingstop on 103rd versus here

    The young lady who took my order was rude. She kept cutting me off while I was ordering and when I asked questions during pick-up. Won’t be back

    Ordered on doordash, our delivery driver was there to pick up food, store canceled it 30 minutes after the order. Told our doordash driver "Bro we're not making shit this late. We canceled it." Fantastic service you guys have here..I'm contacting corporate about this.
