So I'm re-editing my post from earlier. I had some very hard constructive criticism that I put out on here. I did receive a phone call from one of the managers. To apologize for the inconvenience of my previous visit. Stating that she wanted to make it right and to not give up on their location. So I went back on a remake order they did for me and asked me to let them know in advance that I was going to pick it up so they can make it right. Well I have to say that the food definitely was prepared properly and what I wanted. Still tastes amazing. The staff that I dealt with this time seemed very nice pleasant and willing to make sure everything was done correctly they had excellent customer service with me and I want to say thank you for making it right with me.

This is the worst wingstop in the history of the World. Do not eat here if you value your time, and what you put in your body. Food quality is ass. Simple.

The woman behind the counter didn't speak good English & was only able to say "online orders only" so I wasn't able to order anything in person. I didn't knowthat there was a Wingstop that operated this way.

I was sent to this location after the englewood location refused service because the “manager” was coming to close the store 2 hrs early for “unknown reasons”. I arrived at this location and Diana was ecstatic to take my order. I appreciate flor and Diana for staying open until their shift was over & having excellent service. They happily took my order and people’s behind myself. I will come to this location from here on out.
I am extremely disappointed and DISGUSTED by what I saw posted inside this location. There was a sign stating that the restaurant was “Online and DoorDash Only,” “No Walk-In,” and referencing “Only Spanish Speaker.”
I want to be clear: I have absolutely no problem with Spanish-speaking employees. I am an immigrant myself and I speak Spanish. My concern is that customers who only speak English appear to be unable to walk in and place an order because there is apparently no one available to assist them.
My wife only speaks English. Are English-speaking customers really expected to leave the restaurant and order through an app or DoorDash simply because no employee can communicate with them in English?
The sign was confusing, unprofessional, and gave the impression that walk-in customers were being denied service due to a language barrier. If there is a staffing or communication issue, management needs to address it properly—not put up a handwritten sign that potentially excludes customers.
I would like an explanation from management and Wingstop corporate about whether this is actually company policy or simply something happening at this specific location. Every customer should be able to reasonably access service when walking into a restaurant open to the public.
