  Food isn’t always fresh I’ve witnessed on multiple occasions myself putting food that’s been sitting out for awhile to customers also the employees overhearing them using slurs and cussing not really professional

  Best KC location - consistent service, well-prepared and timely food presentation, and delicious taste. Plenty of sauce. Home made ranch - mmmm!

  Great Wingstop for lunch! I work nearby and we love coming in with our coworkers. The food is always fresh, hot, and comes out in under 10 minutes, which is awesome when you’re on a lunch break. The dining area is a great spot to sit down and enjoy it. I also love supporting this location because it’s family owned and operated by the Ward family and has been part of the community for years. One thing I noticed: the U.S. Army profile currently has the wrong Wingstop listed. This location is Wingstop Chouteau, not the Church Road location in Liberty. Just wanted to point that out so customers looking for this location don’t get confused!

  Unfortunately, the white, small Mexican (because there was no name tag) guy told me they don't have a military or Law enforcement discount. Then I mentioned I have before; what's going on? He mentioned the company decided no longer to offer a military discount, etc. Talking with my soldiers, they mentioned the only one who came saying there is no more discount is the guy who looks Mexican, and he never wore a name tag. Sadly, some people think freedom and the security of our nation are free. I will encourage my soldiers not to go to Wingstop on Church Road.
