  Been here a lot of times and everytime if I order in-store I have to wait for my order to be taken and when they finally get my order it takes atleast 30 minutes for the food to be made, and half the time they dont even give us the food, just put it on the rack until I have to ask a worker if it is my food. And when I try to order pickup, they forgot something everytime, I ordered 3 ranches and they forgot all 3 of them the bare minimum for a place that is mostly centered around WINGS and that their ranch is very good, I got all the way home and had to drive back and then I got there and waited 10 minutes just for a worker to finally ask me and the 5 other people waiting on them to order or pickup. The food is great but the workers seem very lazy and uncaring, this is a wingstop not mcdonalds.

  We ordered over three hundred dollars worth of food for my son’s 16th. We had roughly 12 boys here for pizza and UFC card and everyone who ate these wings got sick! Very sick! When I spoke to Tim Wynn (their area supervisor I’m assuming…) I was ensured he would look into this and get a refund processed. He did let me know he needed to speak to HR and was newer to the role but again assured me he would call me back the following week. Fast forward to the next week….no phone call from Tim and no refund. Food poisoning should be taken seriously! As someone who once worked in the food industry-the handling of food and the public’s safety should not be dismissed or swept under a rug. Reading through these reviews I see we were not the only ones who have been through this! Way to not only ruin my son’s birthday but have zero regard for the situation and its importance! Gross negligence and lack of follow through!
