  I ordered the five piece tenders that comes with a drink and fries. I got the drink. I got the tenders but the fries were not in the bag I called and they said I could come back and get them unfortunately I wasn’t able to leave again and they really acted like it wasn’t their problem. I’d say check your bag before you go.

  They literally have... ZERO TRASH CANS. Not Just One or two... ZERO. Then they wonder why it always looks awful with tables covered in food and the drink station a complete mess. What a dirty embarrassment of a location.

  I placed an order at 2:50pm it said expect by 3:20pm i got there at about 3:15 and was waiting with 10 people cramped in there they slowly got everyone there orders. It was about 3:30 and it I was the last of the ten. 5 more people came in after me and got their food and 3 delivery orders were sitting there while i still hadn't gotten my food from almost an hour ago. There was two workers one who kept having to go back in for because there was 2 children of hers in the kitchen that were messign witb stuff. It took me until 3:40 for a new guy to come in and ask me my order which i finally got at 3:50 an hour after i placed my order and over half an hour of waiting in the store. You would thing i had a big order but i didnt. I only had a 20 piece boneless wing deal no drink or anything special either. It took an hour after the order and 40 minutes after being there for me to get a 20 piece wing. This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. If you want wings do not go here go to BWW in zona or any other place but here.

  I placed my order online, but the store wasn't open when I arrived to pick it up. It appears no one showed up for work.

  Ordered 10 traditional got boneless I don’t like boneless not as good tasting tried to call 3 times and phone just rings
