  Workers were very rude got food and all of the ranch had been spilled in bag. Ordered 2 different types of wing flavors that were in same container. BWW has better service and food.

  Food was great. Only problem was the kid working the cash register had his hand down his pants like he was Al Bundy, then proceeded to hand me my cup eith the same hand.

  There service is terrible! I pre-ordered my food so be ready when I go on my lunch. I have a short lunch break.they keep messing up my orders. I will get fried corn lightly seasoned . Will get it and it is vary heavenly seasoned so season that you will choke. Today I ordered a 15 Peace I only got 10 . And tenders wrong seasoning. I have called and called to get my order fixed and no one answers. There was no one in the lobby so they are not busy so why aren't they picking up the phone. They need to fix my order. That I paid for!

  Placed order at wrong location (this location), canceled order and still have not been refunded for nearly a month. Keep trying to call this location but seems like their number is out of service?

  Do not recommend this location! I did a delivery order and did not receive the brownie that I ordered. I looked up the listing to call them and let them know and there is no phone number when you Google it. I called the next closest location to get the number and they gave me a number that didn't work. I called back and they said that they don't know the number and couldn't find it online... after much digging and going back to my order confirmation email I found the number. I called them and the person who answered said "sorry, we can't really do anything about that, contact doordash". I asked if I could come in the next few days and just pick up the brownie because I had no vehicle that day. They said "I don't know, I guess. Just tell them what happened" I stopped in there today to get the brownie and there were 2 people in the kitchen. Neither one of them wanted to come to the front and one pointed up towards me and made the other one go...I told them what had happened and they said "can you come back later, the manager isn't here" I won't be back, it's a little ridiculous that no one seems to know what's going on at this store!
