  UPS Antioch store has a super friendly staff and gets you in and out of the store promptly! I highly recommend using this store if you live close.

  The clerk was so obnoxious and rude at the Antioch location on Sunday August 9, 2026. Light colored hair light colored eyes I do not know her name. I was unfamiliar of the process and just wanted to purchase packing supplies and box it myself. She through her hands up and said fine go over there do what you want and walked away. So rude. She is unaware of my day and working late into the night before. My un interest in dealing with a conversation to begin with. I just wanted to purchase a box to put my things in and then go to the counter to let her have the info needed to put the shipping label on . That’s it.

  Walked in before closing tonight. Asked if they were still open. He told me “yes”. My response was “great because I wasn’t sure”. I walked up and told him I needed to e-mail him some return labels. I had forgotten something in the car. When I came back in, he proceeded to speak to me unprofessionally. He proceeds to tell me “We are now closed”. If you don’t have your stuff ready to go….then, ect, ect . I honestly was shocked. I definitely had an opinion about his behavior. It wasn’t positive feedback. He couldn’t care less. Couldn’t care less how he interacted with me. Couldn’t care less about any of it. So, I would share with the owner and management to do some more training on customer service. Come up with a clear policy on what time your employees can turn away customers. What is appropriate in those situations. In my opinion, how he handled that situation. I would never hire a person with those type of skills. But to each their own. For future reference I will drive out of my way to go to another location for a little better service.

  Horrible new ownership. This used to be a well-managed wonderful business support location, but now it's complete garbage. Services have decreased, prices have increased & the new owners are rude incompetent pompous and turning multiple multiple customers away from UPS stores to competitors.

  Now I ain’t one to write reviews, but when somethin’s done right, it deserves sayin’. I wandered into this UPS Store needin’ a little ol’ print job—nothin’ fancy, nothin’ special. Figured I’d be in and out quicker than a cat stealin’ bacon. Staff was polite, knew what they were doin’, and by the time I blinked, my papers came out lookin’ downright beautiful. Then along comes this fella madder than a wet hen, demandin’ somethin’ this store just plain don’t do. Huffin’, puffin’, actin’ like the world owed him a favor. Whole place got quiet. That’s when the owner rolled in like a knight ridin’ a golden chariot. Cool as creek water. Calm as Sunday mornin’. He explained things slow, clear, and respectful—same way my daddy taught me to handle foolishness. Didn’t raise his voice, didn’t lose his temper, just laid out the facts. Customer still weren’t happy (some folks never are), stomped out mutterin’ nonsense, and once the door shut, the rest of us just kinda chuckled. Through all that ruckus, they still made sure my little ol’ job was done right—and it was done real right. Good people. Good service. Strong leadership. If you want things handled proper, this is the place.
