  This review is a commentary on UPS overall and their refusing to "guarantee delivery by ___ time or your money back" delivery by a certain time. I was told the delivery would be made by _____ and the pakage was more than a couple of hours late (photo and email verified delivery by photo and time stamp). When I contacted UPS asking for money to refunded AS PROMISED, they refused saying their "guarantee" wasn't in writing. Be careful of these "promises" because UPS won't stand behind their word.

  I've been to dozens &:dozens of different UPS store locations, and they all have manual open doors, knowing full well and good that customers arrive with their hands full and not able to open the door their self. But this location, has an automatic door, which is very customer friendly, and sincerely appreciated!

  I've been to the plaza location several times to have several items printed and coincidentally Mac has helped me every time. With a positive and friendly demeanor has walked me through some processes and shown patience and understanding each time.That's why I keep coming back.

  Max Johnson packed up and shipped three large framed archival items headed for Germany. A special box needed to be made and hand-backed before shipping. Max was patient, knowledgeable, personable and helpful in explaining to me the packing, shipping and charging process all along the way. He is an exceptional employee and one I'll remember for future shipping needs.
