  If you are shipping expensive items please make sure you put insurance on it, or go elsewhere! Spent over $1000 dollars in a few days shipping items to another state. My items were 'lost" but really stollen. I had to contact the BBB to get most of my money back. 0/5 stars DON'T RECOMMEND!

  Seriously, BEST mailing store EVER. Superior service and kindness EVERY SINGLE TIME. My hubbie and I have been using this store for years and still I am blown away just showing up for a simple Amazon return I needed a little extra assistance with. I would drive extra past other UPS stores just to get to this one. 10 stars!

  I’ve supported this independently owned location for years, seeing it through ownership changes and a remodel, but I am officially taking my business elsewhere. On June 28th, I brought in an Amazon return, paid to print the label, and handed the package directly to a man I believe is the owner. It was never scanned into the system. When I finally reached someone by phone, the employee was completely unhelpful. I have since followed up multiple times via email, phone, and in person, but no one will respond to me. My package is lost, I am out a $37 refund, and the total lack of accountability is unacceptable.

  This UPS store is absolutely fantastic. I have been using their various services for 5 years now, and have never been disappointed. Tzak,(i hope I'm spelling that right.) in particular, has always been extremely helpful, often going above and beyond in providing services, and making helpful suggestions that directly affected my choice of service, and additions that improve the quality of what I'm asking them to do. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for mailbox, delivery services, copying, or other business services that asks. Highest regards.
