  This was honestly one of The best experiences I’ve had at a UPS. It was quick and straight to the point and I didn’t walk out feeling scammed by over pricing and unnecessary fees and dealing with an associated’s bad attitude because they are short staffed. T’Ziah (associate at the McGee location) was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, had great customer service and just a very cool calm and collected demeanor that brought ease to what I was anticipating to be a stressful experience ( given past experiences at other UPS stores). Best UPS in the greater Kansas City area ( including the KS side). Also the parking is solidddd especially for it being down town!

  The person who wanted to charge me $50 to print 4 images, shame on you. Luckily I was smart enough to ask your coworker and he charged me 4$. Be nicely next time boy

  Hannah helped me after three attempts to return a package to Amazon and I was frustrated. I left so happy I almost cried

  I called and spoke with Kevin at Loews hotel... He told me that he remembers me and he didn't understand what the issue was because we didn't have any problems. He did say that he had a couple Karen's so maybe he got me confused with one of them! Come to find out the owner of the one on McGee also owns the one in Loews hotel... Should have a better way of doing business instead of defaming customers! The owner the man with the red beard and hair is a ticking bomb waiting to explode. Just ask the lady who tried to shut him up several times removing him to the back! I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop HERE! Take your money where you will be respected.

  BEWARE !! This store is unprofessionally independently owned. The owners and employees are inexperienced and not trained on the policy and procedures of the business. I was sent home by an employee stating that I needed a driver license to mail a package that only contained a cellphone. The other employees and owner inside the store at the same time didn’t intervene in the incident. After I questioned several times why a driver license was required. After returning to the store with my driver license, the owner stated the driver license was not required. The owner was unapologetic and nonchalant about the incident . The owners lack effective communication skills when dealing with customers complaints.
