  This store is in the Loews hotel; it takes a bit of work or inquiry to find it up on the second floor. when I dropped off a taped and pre labeled for UPS package, no staff was there; a sign gave a number to call, which I did and waited 10 minutes for someone to appear. Once the staff arrived, they logged in the prepared package and charged me a $30 handling fee, presumably because they’re in a hotel. This is not good service, to force customers who already prepared their package to wait and them upcharge them. I expect better of something called The UPS Store.

  Atmosphere was very clean and the staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. I was in and out in no time.

  Horrible location. Went in today to drop off ups package and they tried to charge me an outbound fee of 10 bucks. Will contact ups about this scam. Never even heard of it. But the store 2 blocks over didn’t. Dropped many packages off there and never even heard of that. We will be using a different location for now on. What a scam
