    I went in the store because I wanted a subway sandwich for the past few days. There was one person working , and he looked like he should retire. I ordered a foot long on honey wheat, which he said they don't have anymore. I asked for turkey and ham with american cheese. He took the bread and placed 4 pieces of turkey and 4 pieces of ham, with 2 pieces of cheese. I just looked at him. I let him finish the sandwich cause I didn't want to get up charged for extra meat. When it was done, I paid almost $ 20.00 for a sandwich that looks like a kids meal. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE!!!

    Worse Subway ever! NEGATIVE STARS -5. We went for lunch in a hurry. So, disappointed! I had a Philly Steak, with very little Philly meat, and I had to ask for more onions twice. When done skimping on the toppings, the bread was dry and crusty. We addressed the poor quality, and we were ignored. Is there a language barrier? Or, he doesn't care. Our bill seemed to be way too expensive $55. dollars. 2 wraps and 12" sub, with chips and drinks. We are NEVER going back. Where is the corporate presence? NOT standard for Subway!

    I went into the subway store number 23881… Chouteau location in Kansas City mo… it was Friday May 15, 2026 around 2:00p… There were two other people in front of me… not only could the woman making the sandwich not speak English… at least not very GOOD English… she was slow! I was in the store nearly FIFTEEN MINUTES! And by the time it was my turn, I ordered a footlong tuna sandwich… total came to $12.91! Then after all the waiting, she ACTUALLY EXPECTED A TIP😆🙃 No. I ate half of it… later becoming so sick, I had to leave work early! I must have had food poisoning because I became dizzy, and vomited! It was a horrible experience… needless to say, I’ll NEVER eat at ANY SUBWAY EVER AGAIN!

    I ordered a sandwich online for pickup. When I got the sandwich it was toasted, I asked for it not. Honest mistake, let me just go inside and ask for a new sandwich with my receipt… when I show the gentleman the receipt, he pushes me away with his hand telling me to leave! Insanely rude. I finally just asked for a refund, which he tried to give me only $7 in cash… my order was more than that. I finally just left with my receipt and told him to keep the sandwich. Very rude and horrible experience, I hope I am able to get my money back.
