    Was waiting in line behind 2 ladies when the women behind the counter started to take my order so I go to order and before i could even get a full sentence in she cut me off and told me to wait while proceeding to finish the orders before me. the smarter and more professional choice would’ve been to finish theirs before asking me to order only to cut me off and walk away. Very rude, Freddy’s is a very good choice they don’t treat their customers as rude and disrespectful as she did.

    Abigail ACCIDENTALLY messed up my sandwich but i didn't mind. Accidents happen and i also didnt speak loud enough. She also offered to remake it, but i was actually interested in how it would taste. And i am actually extremely pleased with it! She ACCIDENTALLY added bbq sauce to my sandwich but it made my sandwich even better. Now ima have to add bbq everytime i go to subway!!! THANK YOU ABIGAIL!!!!

    Food ok but the old lady is RUDE! Ordered online. Walk in 5 minutes past when it said would be ready. She insisted I didn’t order at the Church Road. Showed her the email. Then insisted I didn’t pay for it. Again, showed her the email AND credit card transaction. “Well, we didn’t get it!” I said ok, well now you know so can we start making my order?” Again she said “We didn’t get your order yet.” I said “From my perspective, I don’t care. You have it now.” She then realized it did come through and she blamed the young sweet girl for just putting it on the counter and ignoring it. When she handed it to me, no sorry, have a good day, nothing. I said “A simple apology would have gone a long way.” She got irritated and said “Apologize for what?” For what, for overlooking an order. Most people get oversights happen, just own it. She said she didn’t print it so she has nothing to apologize for and told me to leave. I come back to work and said wow, Subway has a really rude lady. The co-worker that usually goes asked if it was the older lady. Yep. She said if it wasn’t for the younger girl, she wouldn’t go either.

    I would like to give a standing ovation to Carley. She was all by herself at lunch on a Saturday and handled it like champ. Our sandwiches were perfect. She kept the place super clean!
